Production Supervisor | Labels | Hertfordshire | £33k - £40k  

A company that creates and produces high-quality labels for a variety of industries. Their expertise covers multiple sectors such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and more, addressing the specific needs of each industry. They offer an extensive array of labelling solutions, including custom design, printing, and finishing services.

As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing teams across prepress and finishing, producing labels for food, beverage, FMCG markets
• Daily management of the shift
• Planning and scheduling work across the team, liaising with multiple departments
• Quality control and troubleshooting any quality or technical issues
• Achieving and monitoring KPI’s and continuous improvement

Key attributes required:

• Experience as a Production Supervisor/Manager, Shift Manager or similar
• Desirable knowledge of labels and print industry
• Strong understanding of printing and finishing machines and materials
• Hardworking, with a commitment to going above and beyond for customers

Experience overseeing operations, with responsibility to scheduling work - ideally in a fast paced environment
