Production Supervisor | Packaging Solutions | West Midlands | £45k - £50k plus great benefits package

Packaging range includes; Corrugated boxes, packaging materials, tapes & adhesive materials

As Production Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting production targets
• Supervising a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a motivated and skilled workforce
• Implementing and maintaining strict quality control measures, adhering to industry standards and company policies
• Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment

Key attributes required:

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead by example - 3 years experience minimum in manufacturing/packaging industry
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement desirable
• Experience with ERP systems and production tracking software
