Production Supervisor | Signage | Bedfordshire | Up to £45k

As Production Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the production team
• Ensuring production targets are met
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure high-quality product output
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of projects

Key attributes required:

• Experience as a Production Supervisor or leadership position in the signage industry essential
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with a variety of materials such as metal, wood, acrylic, and plastic. signage
• Can do approach and problem solving attitude in order to troubleshoot production issue
• Confident in providing training and support to production staff
• Commitment to quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
