Project Manager | Bespoke Corrugated Packaging | Kent – Hybrid | Up to £40k

 

As Project Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and coordinating all internal projects linked to external sales, ensuring timely and impactful execution
  • Implementing structured processes to enhance operational efficiency and boost sales outcomes
  • Collaborating across teams—design, technical, purchasing, and operations—to support seamless sales execution
  • Serving as the primary internal point of contact for customer queries and support

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Sales Coordinator, or similar in a high-energy, sales-oriented environment
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • A results-driven mindset with a no-nonsense approach to pushing progress
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholders and workflows
  • Confidence in managing CRM platforms and sales automation tools
  • Agility to adapt to shifting priorities and handle pressure with poise
