Our client is a signage and large format graphics company based in the South East, they work alongside some of the largest clients in the UK and are a well-respected and supportive company. They are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their team.

Role / Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day point of contact for the client team, you will act as a strategic partner rather than a supplier
  • Attending client and site meetings, building collaborative relationships based on trust and providing solutions
  • Advising and specifying signage solutions, new products and materials that would benefit the clients' brand and their objectives
  • Ability to ensure surveys, scope of works, H&S, design, manufacture and install details are correct and adhered to
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask, stay calm and focused during busy times
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
  • Interpret client briefs, drawings and floor plans to issue to the design and manufacturing teams.
  • Overseeing the highest standard of finish is achieved on all projects.
  • A flexible attitude to working times to enable the company to deliver jobs effectively.
  • Preparation of quotations/bids at appropriate margins for the business.
  • Responding to all enquiries quickly and professionally
  • Manage all activity on CRM system, follow up all quotations in agreed timescales
  • Be a team player - Positive and constructive collaboration is vital
  • Maintaining regular, clear, positive communication with all teams is essential to ensuring that jobs and projects are completed to the highest standards.

The chosen candidate will:

  • Be a highly organised, talented individual with a good knowledge of the signage, graphics and large format print industry.
  • Eager to learn, have a good eye for detail, practical, and be a great team player.
  • Have sound understanding of working with architects, contractors and designs
  • Previous experience as a project manager in a signage and print environment
  • An in-depth knowledge of various types of signs, including vinyl & large-format print
  • Willing to work individually on projects or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills liaising with clients and projects team.
  • Have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside of office hours.
  • A sound understanding of FileMaker & Pro-Core - Preferable
  • Understanding of Adobe Creative, specifically Acrobat Pro & Illustrator - Preferable
