PROJECT MANAGER - SIGNAGE / LARGE FORMAT GRAPHICS

Our client is a leading signage and graphics company in the Midlands / East Anglia area, they are currently looking for a high calibre Project Manager who will play a vital role within the company. Maintaining an excellent relationship with your clients and understanding their requirements is vitally important. You will have a keen eye for detail and ensure that you provide accurate, detailed and organised information on the project to all involved.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage client orders and see them through to completion
  • Ability to attend client meetings, travel and carry out site surveys
  • Provide the client with quotations, visual proposals and liaise throughout the project
  • Attend the office approximately 3 times a week
  • Working with the sales team and studio manager to decide on best methods and materials for production.
  • Scheduling workflow and understanding capacity within the production department.
  • Briefing and working alongside Graphic/Production staff to make sure each project is produced to the highest quality.
  • Identify, develop and manage new business opportunities
  • Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships
  • Strong reporting and communication of sales and outcomes to Directors
  • Conduct yourself in line with our company culture and values, always in an ethical manner with a focus on client and team satisfaction

Experience:

  • Experience within the signage/display industry is essential
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience with any Creative Suite preferred but not essential
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, would be beneficial
  • Proven record in a sales role for at least two years
  • Efficient in quoting and briefing projects
  • Knowledge of production processes and techniques
  • A general hunger to be part of a team and work hard to achieve your best
