PROJECT MANAGER - SIGNAGE

Our client is an award-winning signage company with a fantastic reputation in the industry. They work with some fantastic clients and are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their team

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company with a passion for hand crafted custom signage. They are looking for people that take great pride in their work have a real passion for the signage industry.

Key Skills / Role Requirements:

• Project management with high profile client accounts
• Excellent time management and organisation
• Client management
• End-to-end project delivery
• Organising installations and site surveys
• Successfully leading both large and small projects
• Full client support and maintenance after project completion
• Problem Solving
• In house production planning.
• Excellent Communication
• Manage client relationships and expectations and assist with customer complaints as necessary. Providing excellent customer service to ensure positive customer relations and development of accounts.
• Completion of health and safety requirements and risk assessments
• Completion of tender documents including local authority applications
• Must have at least 2 years' experience working at a sign company.
• Experience using ShopVox and using macs an advantage but not essential.
