Role

  • Providing an effective and efficient stock control and procurement service
  • Ensuring that stocks are maintained at operational levels
  • Managing and co-ordinating the activities of our supply chain partners
  • Onboarding and negotiation with suppliers to secure best value
  • Working with the management team to maintain standards of compliance across all areas of the business
  • Supporting in creation and/or maintenance of policy, process and procedures
  • Providing advice to ensure internal procedures are up to date and reflect regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting the maintenance of existing ISO frameworks

Experience

  • To succeed, you’ll need a good understanding of all print processes, print supply purchasing procedures, budget control and arranging complex delivery logistics, plus a proven ability to negotiate and troubleshoot effectively. 
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
  • A confident communicator, both via phone, face to face, and via email.
  • ISO 9001 & 14001 knowledge
  • Excellent team player

Schedule

Monday-Friday  8am-4pm (flexible)
