As Regional Account Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering operational excellence & serve as main regional escalation for operational & commercial issues
  • Playing a leading role in the delivery of client satisfaction, including client liaison, management of internal resource departments and management of external suppliers
  • Managing the on and off-site Account Teams that operate in the areas of the clients business under your direction ensuring compliance to company operating procedure
  • Identifying risks to the account and putting in place strategies to manage these risks
  • Developing strong relationships with senior key decision makers 

 


Key attributes required:

  • Demonstrable track record of successful client and contract management
  • Extensive client service management experience, ideally with time spent working on the client site or sites
  • Proven track record of operational management for client services departments
  • Strong understanding of analytics, systems, commercials, and reporting - including the ability to interpret & develop action plans based on the insights accordingly
  • Ability to comply & present account planning and strategy for retention, growth and added value
