Regional Development Manager | Food Service - Catering Dispensing Systems and Films | Remote | £60k plus company car

 

A leading UK producer of cling film, aluminium foil, baking paper and catering dispensing systems supplying both the foodservice and retail sector. With dispensing systems that have a focus on sustainability, offering customers efficiency, quality and reliability. They further differentiate themselves by offering the highest level of customer service.

 

As Regional Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Managing existing FS & CC distributor accounts and developing new business for films, foil, baking papers, dedicated refills and dispensing systems
• Working closely with major accounts within the business in particular within the food service sector and end users
• Upselling and cross selling where appropriate
• Educating clients on the new product development and converting to new systems
• Building strong relationships with key decision makers
• Attending meetings with clients

 

Key attributes required:
• Experience developing new business
• Desirable experience selling into the food service markets or hospitality industry, or chemical industry, selling into end users
• Forward thinking and looking to create exciting and innovative products
• Confidence to communicate with key client stakeholders and exceed expectations
• Ability to work closely with distributors and maximise relationships
