Regional Sales & Client Director EMEA | Print Management | Based in UK or Western Europe | £120k - £130k + bonus

 

A leading global marketing execution partner specializing in outsourced procurement solutions and creative production services for marketing materials.. Their services span across digital, print, and retail media, covering a wide range of marketing collateral from promotional materials, packaging, and POS (point of sale) to digital content and multimedia campaigns. The company works with brands to optimize their marketing operations, and improve speed-to-market through a combination of strategic sourcing, technology, and creative production expertise.

 

As Regional Sales & Client Director EMEA, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and developing business with global FMCG brands
  • Crafting and executing innovative strategies for new account acquisition, expanding the client portfolio and reinforcing market position
  • Team leadership: Directing and developing sales teams across the EMEA region, fostering a culture of success, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Strategic account management: Deepening relationships with existing accounts, understanding their needs and challenges to strategically drive growth
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of top-tier service and staying ahead of industry trends and opportunities

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the print management or related industry, preferably with exposure to global FMCG brands
  • A track record of managing sales teams and driving significant growth
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to adapt to rapidly changing markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across different cultures
