A market leader of visual communication for a range of markets. Heavily and regularly invested in ensuring they are always a step ahead of their competitors. There is a strong focus on their retail accounts as the company grows and develops. Printing and distributing a wide range of POS primarily for window displays on the retail side.  

As Retail Account Manager you will be responsible for:

• Taking briefs directly from retail clients 
• Quoting and estimating for jobs
• Imputing all jobs onto the system overseeing through design, production and delivery, updating the client continuously 
• Delivering outstanding customer service 

Key attributes required:

• Strong customer service background 
• Experience working with Retail accounts 
• Knowledge of POS in preferable 
• Understanding of the entire print process from concept through to delivery
