We are recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Design and Build Project Manager to join a leading Creative Retail Graphics, Display & POS company based in the East Midlands. This role is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile retail and leisure projects, combining creativity with strategic project management.

You'll be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring client expectations are exceeded, budgets are adhered to, and deadlines are met. With flexibility in working arrangements and a supportive team environment, this position offers the perfect balance of autonomy and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end design and build projects across retail, leisure, and POS sectors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and clear communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Conduct UK-wide site visits to manage installations and ensure quality control.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources, proactively addressing challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements on-site.

What We're Looking For

  • Essential: Proven experience in project management within retail, leisure, or POS design and build environments.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
  • Full UK driving licence.
