Sales Development Manager | Premium Cartons | Stockport – Hybrid working | £35k - £45k plus commission

As Sales Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and developing new business in the FMCG, pharma, cosmetics, health & beauty sectors
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets, reporting on sales performance
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
  • Collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities


Key attributes required:

  • Proven experience in sales, within the packaging industry.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, health and beauty, or FMCG market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
