Sales Director | Corrugated | South East UK | Up to £85k

Offering full in house design, manufacture and high quality print techniques to satisfy client desire to have the best visual appearance in the industry! Recent focuses have been to provide recyclable materials and innovative new product ranges with huge investments across the past 4 years.

As Sales Director you will be responsible for:

• Setting and delivering the sales strategy
• Sourcing new business predominantly selling in to the E-Commerce, Food and Beverage and Retail sectors
• Managing cost budgets in relation to volume, profit margin and working capital
• Preparing accurate sales forecasts for financial decisions.
• Managing a team of 3

Key attributes required:

• Proven sales experience in packaging
• Strong leadership, good communicator at a senior level
• In depth knowledge of related print market/sectors
• Positive sales attitude and great industry and market knowledge
• Confidence to manage having full autonomy to set new sales strategy
• Ability to bridge the gap between customer demands and plant capabilities
