You will work closely with the MD so you receive every opportunity to be successful and build a good career path with the company as part of their senior team.

The main criteria for this hands-on role will be to:

  1. Look for new business
  2. Grow existing accounts
  3. Consolidate sales
  4. Manage the sales team
  5. Plan & implement a sales strategy

Responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies, you will gather performance data and generate reports. You will use your knowledge of the industry and its markets to look at ways to create growth, accurately forecast sales predictions and shifts in the marketplace, and avoid stagnation. This high degree of trend analysis, market monitoring, and result tracking requires a candidate with a well-developed business sense. 

Ensuring optimum success within this this role will require emotional intelligence and well-developed interpersonal skills to maintain close, trusting relationships with team members and facilitate open communication.
