A highly successful multi-faceted print company is looking for a talented Sales Director. Our client’s ethos is to deliver quality products, supported by the highest level of customer service and innovation.

Their list of product offering includes high quality bespoke print, extensive finishing capabilities, and mailing services. They are particularly interested in candidates who can take their mailing offering to the next level and make them a serious competitor in this field.  

Working closely with the Managing Director, this role will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ongoing sales performance of printing and mailing services. The Sales Director will play a crucial role in pushing profitability, expanding market share, and driving high velocity growth.

We are looking for someone with strong commercial acumen, to monitor sales performance, analyse data, and prepare regular reports to track progress towards sales targets and identify areas for improvement. You will always strive to be the best, keeping updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences to proactively adjust sales strategies and seize emerging opportunities.
