The main criteria for this hands-on role will be to:

4.    Manage the sales team

5.    Plan & implement a sales strategy


Responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies, you will gather performance data and generate reports. You will use your knowledge of the industry and its markets to look at ways to create growth, accurately forecast sales predictions and shifts in the marketplace, and avoid stagnation. This high degree of trend analysis, market monitoring, and result tracking requires a candidate with a well-developed business sense.

Actively managing the sales team with a focus on developing talent, you will setting objectives, coach, monitor performance and drive them to exceed sales goals. Ensuring optimum success within this this role will require emotional intelligence and well-developed interpersonal skills to maintain close, trusting relationships with team members and facilitate open communication. A real stand out candidate will be equally as passionate about their own success and achievements as that of those around them; someone who brings out the best in people and allows them to fulfil their own ambitions.
