Sales Manager | Cartons | UK - Remote | Up to £65k

 

This organisation is a market leader within the carton market, selling into a number of blue chip clients across the UK. Their offerings range from simple carton packaging to complex, multi-functional packages designed to meet the specific needs of their clients. With a global presence, they combine technological innovation, customer service, and environmental responsibility to support the packaging requirements of businesses worldwide.

 

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing account and developing business around this
  • Working strategically, developing new business within multiple sectors
  • Providing forecasting, budgeting and reporting
  • Being a key part of new product development and product launches
  • Attending client visits, building long lasting relationships with key decision makers

 

Key attributes required:

  • Background working in the packaging industry within either the carton and corrugated industry, or flexible packaging, plastic or glass packaging
  • Recent experience managing multi million pound portfolios
  • Cultivating relationships skills, the ability to understand client needs, and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Proven track record of developing new business
  • Communication skills, ability to work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams
