SALES MANAGER - DECORATIVE PRINTED LABELS

My client is a well-established Label Printer and Converter. With a purpose built factory, and a reputation for high calibre decorative and embellished products, supplying into household names in the drinks industry from spirits; whisky, gin etc. through to craft beers and artisan foods companies.
The company requires a Sales Manager to inherit a portfolio of key accounts, and with market sector knowledge and sales ability, help to expand market share in this area.
The ideal candidate will be from a premium labels' sales background with a proven track record of opening new doors. An understanding of a range of print processes is a huge advantage. This is a home based role with achievable targets and comprehensive support systems already in place.
Wet Glue or Self Adhesive experience will be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly reporting into the Business Development Director for the Premium sector.
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Arranging client visits.
  • Maintaining excellent customer services.
  • Responsible for sales growth and strategy for label products in Scotland.
  • Project management, presentations and building key stakeholder relationships.
  • Researching and developing new markets and products.
  • Negotiating and re-negotiating contracts.
  • Develop key relationships with major breweries and Spirits producers and multiple drinks businesses.
