Sales Manager | Labelling Machinery and Consumables | Netherlands | €75k - €85k plus Commission

 

A global group that specializes in providing industrial labelling machinery and solutions for a wide range of industries. Their offerings include print and apply labelling systems, label applicators, and labelling software that help businesses automate and streamline their labelling processes. Their solutions cover both hardware and consumables like labels and ribbons, offering comprehensive support for labelling operations.

 

As Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Selling a variety of industrial print & apply label equipment hardware & software, consumables into multiple markets including Retail, Supermarkets, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, and Logistics
  • Identifying areas of growth within the market and winning new business
  • Cross selling and upselling products and services to existing clients
  • Managing a team of 3, including sales engineer and project manager
  • Visiting clients and attending meetings

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven track record of winning new business
  • Drive and ambition to nurture and develop your team
  • Technical and consultative approach to selling
  • Experience working within the print/labelling machinery industry
  • Excellent communication skills to establish and develop relationships with key decisions makers
