Sales Manager | Labels – Self Adhesive Materials | UK | £60K - £70K plus OTE  and car

 

A one-stop-shop for a customers self-adhesive needs! This client specialises in self-adhesive technology, producing high-quality labels, labelers, and self-adhesive materials. Recognized as one of Europe's leading manufacturers their state of the art technology and numerous self-adhesive materials, means labels can be produced for a wide variety of labelling applications and markets including pharmaceuticals, food, automotive, beverage, chemicals, cosmetics, and household products, to name a few.

 

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Growing and developing new business selling materials for self adhesive labels: paper, adhesives etc
  • Developing and executing strategic business development plans to drive growth and revenue predominantly with label manufacturers
  • Managing key client accounts and growing from within, building strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Managing and nurturing 4 salespeople, mentoring and coaching
  • Attending sales exhibitions and sales meetings, including visiting Germany HQ a couple of times per year

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven track record of substantial business growth
  • The ability to nurture strategic partnerships in a B2B environment
  • Experience in the self-adhesive materials industry or in related fields such as chemistry, manufacturing, or label printing, is highly desirable
  • Highly competent in sales forecasting and reporting
  • People management experience
