SALES MANAGER - PACKAGING DISTRIBUTION

Salary: £50K - £55K (Depending on Experience) + Company Car/Allowance + Lucrative Bonus + Excellent PLC Benefits

Our client is a packaging manufacturer based in the South East. They serve many market sectors including, electronics, retail, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, automotive industries and fulfilment, providing a full range of stock packaging products from corrugated boxes to general packaging consumables.

They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Manager to lead their regional sales team, applicants must be an effective sales leader who is able to inspire a team to hit new heights.

In this role you will have full ownership of the recruitment, training, development, agreeing targets, setting strategic objectives and performance management. The company will support you in setting new standards to allow your team to develop and drive their regional sales growth.

Our client in speaking to either established sales managers or aspiring senior sales professionals who have similar experience. You will bring your enthusiasm & drive the team & their sales line forwards.
