As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing key accounts within the organisation
• Identifying, targeting and converting new business opportunities
• Attending meetings across the UK, Ireland & Europe
• Proactively managing a team of direct reports
• Spear heading the development of the division 

Key attributes required:

• Must have a background in and understanding of the packaging machinery market
• Experience managing multiple direct reports
• Proven track record of winning new business
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to grow existing blue chip accounts
• Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
