As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

•Setting and delivering the sales strategy for the North of the UK

•Managing a team of 5 external sales people: coaching, training and recruiting

•Developing and growing a lucrative portfolio of accounts

•Attending regular sales and KPI meetings, providing accurate reports to the Senior Leadership Team

•Identifying market trends and adapting the sales strategy accordingly



Key attributes required:

•Must have experience of managing a team

•Strong background of working within sales

•Ability to work within a high pressure and fast paced environment

•Fantastic communication and relationship building skills

•Can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
