As Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing sales of packaging with existing and potential new accounts in the UK, Middle East and Turkey
• Leading profitable growth of sales / new product developments 
• Visiting customers
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and inner-company colleagues 
• Preparing forecasting and budgets 
• Visiting factories when appropriate 

Key attributes required:

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in the beauty packaging industry 
• Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships
• Understanding the challenges of developing new packaging
• Autonomous working attitude with a need to be based in UK office regularly 
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
