As Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Attending client meetings, taking / influencing key briefs from clients, showing a clear understanding of requirements
  • Delivering services on time, to specification, to a high quality and to contractual targets
  • Providing technical input and advice on direct mail/print/door drop campaigns
  • Managing a team of Account Managers and/or Account Executives
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with key contacts, becoming viewed as an extended member of their team!

 

Key attributes required:

  • Come from a print/direct mail background, with desirable experience of being involved with door to door services and delivery solutions, (understanding of Royal Mail rates and how to achieve savings)
  • Experience managing a team
  • Ability to manage large volume campaigns and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
  • Senior Account Management experience - working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Experience in advising on campaign print/digital solutions
