Senior Account Manager | Point of Sale & Shopper Insight Analysis | North West | £45k - £55k

As Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering effective growth strategies for POS and capitalising on shopper insight analysis
  • Managing and developing key client relationships with Retail clients
  • Managing and owning the project cycle and leading the pitch – comfortable presenting to all levels of stakeholder
  • Providing technical input and expert advice on projects as required to achieve high quality standards
  • Attending and leading meetings and taking / influencing key briefs from clients; showing a clear understanding of requirements, with ability to cascade to local teams globally


Key attributes required:

  • Proven and credible relationship builder with customers, ideally in retail sector
  • Excellent marketing client service experience with a proven track record for delivering client solutions
  • Strong negotiator and possessing consensus building skills when dealing with internal customers, stakeholders, and team members, and negotiating with suppliers
  • Solid financial reporting and forecasting experience with excellent analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Clear understanding of Marketing Services concepts
