Senior Account Manager | Print Management | Netherlands | €60-68,000 + 10% Bonus

As Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the internal Benelux & Nordics teams and being a lead role in the campaign management of retail projects from initial brief, through sourcing, project management and delivery / installation ensuring all target objectives (time, budget) are achieved in line with contractual SLA's & KPI's
  • Having input into, influence, manage and report on the financial budgets, forecasts and P&L
  • Working with client, client’s agencies and the supply chain to provide seamless project management across communications, ways of working, sustainability and sourcing
  • Taking accurate briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finish
  • Briefing creative studio to make sure creative output gets approved and delivered on time 

 

Key attributes required:

  • Experience of managing and delivering In Store activation campaigns in sports/fashion retail environments
  • Co-ordination of a complex supply chains to deliver multi-disciplined products in a single campaign
  • Client service management experience, ideally with time spent working on the client site
  • Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Strong negotiation and consensus building skills when dealing with internal customers, stakeholders and team members
