The successful candidate will ensure contracts perform within the agreed SLAs; provide support and guidance to customers to ensure that projects run smoothly from development of initial concept; map timelines and manage budgets, through to delivery of the end product.
Your strong understanding of the print coupled with a demonstrable commercial acumen will allow you to make informed decisions based on cost and quality of product/service required.
As the first point of contact for escalation of any issues within your account team, exceptional listening and communication skills are fundamental. Being a confident communicator will be key to proactively working to develop and grow your own customer account through obtaining a thorough understanding of your customers’ needs and ensuring they are met, including those detailed within the SLAs.
