Senior Business Development Manager | Corrugated Packaging | North UK | Up to £80k plus OTE and a great benefits package

As Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively seeking out new business opportunities, and driving lucrative new business opportunities
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth
  • Selling a consultative service, working closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions
  • Identifying and establishing relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning and stay ahead in the market

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven track record developing business within the packaging industry
  • Operating at a senior sales level, capable of building a multi-million pound portfolio
  • Ability to create long standing relationships, maintaining and expand relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and upsell additional services
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Self-motivated, and results-oriented
