Senior Category Manager | POS | UK | £50k - £60k + 10% bonus

As Senior Category Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing & driving the vision and strategy for strategic sourcing of Temporary Point of Sale products for the UK and ROI region
• Having input into supply chain strategy
• Providing leadership around supply chain strategies, product innovation and market intelligence
• Taking relevant products and services to market by utilising all relevant procurement tools, such as e-auction to negotiate contracts, both price and service
• Establishing potential savings benefits arising from procurement activity in relevant category spend

Key attributes required:

• A proven track record in sourcing & understanding of POS and its complexities
• Analysing and interpreting financial data and producing accurate reports
• Capable of working at a senior level in the organization and negotiating with senior team members
• Ability to shape/influence the supply base within the market and detailed understanding of life cycle management
• Demonstrable high level of client relationship management
