As Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

• Managing and inspiring a team of 11, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
• Driving performance, setting clear objectives, monitoring progress, and driving the team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results
• Sourcing and winning new business in FMCG sector
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with FMCG customers, ensuring their packaging needs are met with the highest standards of quality and service

Key attributes required:

• Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating teams, preferably within the packaging or FMCG sectors
• Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to drive business growth through effective team management and customer engagement
• Positive sales attitude and great industry and market knowledge
• Ability to exceed expectations and provide an exceptional service to all clients
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction
