About the job

Our client specialises in brand implementation for events, exhibitions, retail & venues.  They are looking for someone with production management experience in the field of large format digital printing to assume overall responsibility of the print and finishing departments within their state of the art production facility.

Having production, maintenance, housekeeping, administration, finance and human resources within your remit, key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all records, reporting and data capture are both accurate and submitted in a presentable and timely manner.
  • Ensuring the day-to-day running of the departments are productive and efficient.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service and reduce costs.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and presentable working environment.
  • Implementing and maintaining all present or future Quality Control Systems (QCS).
  • Ensuring the company achieves competitive pricing on consumables and purchased products within your managed areas (as and when required).

A positive leader, you will create a team atmosphere and instil a culture of pride and ownership in the display products made.

This role will require an outstanding understanding of the current trends within the world of large format print and an insight into the future of the industry. We are looking for candidates with an in-depth knowledge of the industry, allowing to thoroughly comprehend all job types, from the small, time consuming ones, right through to the huge corporate accounts.
