SIGN MAKER

My client is an award winning sign company based in the South East, they have been established for over 40 years and have an experienced friendly team offering their customers a range of signage solutions.

They are now looking to recruit a Sign Maker to join their team, the role will be predominantly sign making however experience in Art working would be of an advantage. The successful candidate must be a team player and possess hunger and drive to do well and progress with the company.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Vinyl laying and application to various substrates
• Plotting, cutting, mounting and finishing
• Experience Artworking using Corel Draw would be beneficial however not essential
• Interpreting and art working from client enquiries using Corel Draw
• Production artwork for studio and for external supplier using Corel Draw
• Understand different types of substrates used in the signage industry
• Comply to all company health & safety regulations
• 'Can do' attitude and common-sense approach to your work.
• You must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines whilst still maintaining the highest standards
• Flexible and willing to work overtime as and when required
• Good team working and communication skills
• Able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
• Ability to work without supervision
