SIGN SUPERVISOR

£Open DOE + 20 Days Holiday (Rises a day per year up to 25 days) + Pension + Lunch provided on a Friday + Annual Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Our client is a long-established company specialising in sign making, garment personalisation and large format digital print supplies, as well as chevron kits. Offering sign making vinyl, garment film, application tape, sign making tools and ancillaries to customers throughout the UK. The company, which is based in Derbyshire and began trading in the late 80's and has many years' experiences in the signage and printing industry.
They are currently looking to recruit a Shop Floor Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the senior management team, supervising a team of 8 across production: sign making, plotting, printing, cutting and vehicle graphics.
• Produce signage as per the production schedule
• Safe operations of printers, rolls rollers and cutters
• Quality control checks throughout the production process
• Ensure that the production area is clean and tidy
• Respect and follow the appropriate company policies (H&S, PPE, etc.)
• A keen eye for detail
• Strong Personality
• Communication Skills
• Working to tight deadlines whilst maintain high standards
• Flexible approach to working hours is a must
• Health & Safety and Manual Handling Awareness
