SIGN TECHNICIAN X2

Hours: 8am - 5pm

Our client is a growing print and signage company based in South Wales. Due to growth they have a vacancy in their production team for a Sign Technician. They specialise in identity signage, retail signage, shop front signs, illuminated signs, promotional signs, construction signage and quite a bit more!

As part of this role the post holder will need to work with the team to help them deliver on set targets and work to tight deadlines. The role would see the post holder travelling locally and all across the country in a company vehicle visiting a wide range of sites. The perfect candidate would be self-motivated and enjoy helping others.

This job would suit an individual who is hard working with a positive "can do" attitude. You will be able to remain calm under pressure and produce consistently high-quality work. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and pleasantly with customers, suppliers, co-workers and management.

Person specification:

• Self-disciplined, with a 'can do' mentality and take pride in their work
• Reliable and organised
• Good communicator, both written and verbal
• A problem solver and likes challenges
• Comfortable working at height and off busy roads
• Content with travelling from city to city
• Strong health and safety awareness
• Flexible

Position:

• Full time
• Permanent
• Overtime rates apply
• Staying away will be required on the odd occasion
• 40 hour work week, shift pattern over Monday to Sunday

Desired:

• 2 Years previous experience in signage
• CSCS
• IPAF
• PASMA
