Established in the 70's our client is a well respected sign company which produces signs, playground markings and play equipment for schools. Their continued investment has resulted in recently purchasing their premises, new machinery and has resulted in a growth of 43%.

They work from spacious premises in a purpose designed industrial unit. On site parking is available, and the premises are conveniently located close to the M5 with quick & easy access to the surrounding areas.

Recent additional recruitment has seen the team grow to 15 people. However, due to rapid growth they have a requirement for an experienced Sign Estimator who would welcome the chance to join a friendly customer focused company.

Who they are looking for:

• You'll have experience within the signage industry and already possess a wide variety of knowledge covering shop fronts, flex face, folded trays, flat cut & built up lettering, and so on.
• Experience in artwork design would be advantageous.
• You'll be confident and friendly when meeting customers, both at their premises and company premises.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Well organised and with a focus on providing the right solution through your expertise you'll maintain a relationship, ensuring the customer has all the relevant information in order to make an informed decision.
• Previous use of Clarity would be beneficial although not essential.

Summary of role.

• Attending customer premises & meeting onsite
• Self managing your time.
• Liaise with customers to ensure appropriate information is obtained in order to provide the correct sign solution & design.
• Produce quotes for customers.
• Work with internal departments (artroom) explaining sign design requirements, (production) project handovers & assisting installations and (marketing) giving information to assist with our marketing campaigns.
