SIGNAGE SURVEYOR

Our client is an established and accredited signage company based in the North East. They are looking for a self-motivated, time efficient and highly organised person to join as a Signage Surveyor.

The Company

• Has been trading since the early 1980's
• They make all types of signage including digital prints, external signs and illuminated signs
• They are based in Tyne and Wear and carry out work throughout the UK

The Role

• This role is a full time, permanent role
• Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
• Salary is depending upon experience
• Full driving licence required
• You may be required to have occasional overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Compiling survey reports for signage manufacture and installation
• Attending client meetings on-site (local and national) and maintaining a good relationship with clients
• Evaluating access issues, required permits and potential health and safety hazards
• Assess and advise on signage installation requirements
• Ensuring the smooth implementation of projects with regular visits to site

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in site surveying of multiple projects required, preferably within the signage industry
• Exceptional literacy & numeracy skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Highly organised and proactive
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Full understanding of health and safety requirements
• Must be a team player
