JOB TITLE: SOUTHERN REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - Premium Labels

LOCATION: HOME BASED - SOUTHERN ENGLAND LOCATION: South Coast; Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, London, Kent, Sussex & Surrey.

INDUSTRY: Printed Packaging, Decorative Packaging, Labels, Beauty Packaging, Personal Care, Skincare, Cosmetics, Business Development, B2B Sales.

SALARY: £Negotiable Basic Salary based on experience + Commission + Bonus + Car + Benefits

COMPANY: An independently owned, well established manufacturer producing award winning highly decorative Premium Labels with a focus on Beauty and Premium Drinks sectors.
Focused on delivering a dynamic, responsive, and friendly service, providing the highest quality technical excellence to meet the exacting requirements of an expanding customer base.

THE ROLE: Selling Decorative Labels into Beauty & Personal Care market sectors in the South of the UK. Business Development aimed at driving growth through active and constant customer selection and engagement, targeted sales approach, acquisition across the territory generating growth and plan and execute on a quarterly and annual business plan. Managing the existing regional client base to achieve growth and Sales targets and to build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE: The successful candidate will have a proven background in a client facing sales role and will have sold into the higher end skincare, personal care & cosmetics sector in the UK. A technical understanding of flexo or digital print / hotfoil / decoration processes is preferred although other primary packaging experience will also be considered.
