Structural Designer | Packaging | Northamptonshire | £40k - £45k

This leading organisation benefits from full in house capabilities from design through to manufacturing, constantly investing in the latest and greatest machinery. Working with a number of large, blue chip clients, this organisation is well known, and well respected in the printing industry!

As Structural Designer you will be responsible for:

• Working within a team of experienced design professionals
• Designing corrugated packaging from concept; taking a brief through to completion
• Using CAD and Adobe packages
• Liaising with clients to achieve desired results
• Carrying out testing of proposed solutions to ensure fit for purpose status to full introduction

Key attributes required:

• Structural design knowledge within packaging
• Experience within corrugated packaging is an advantage
• Cardboard engineering skills and ability to develop a project from brief
• High level of proficiency using CAD
• An appreciation for detail is essential
