As Structural Engineer  on a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

• Working within a team of experienced design professionals 
• Designing corrugated packaging from concept through to completion 
• Working on research and development of packaging to ensure the business is moving forward with their products 
• Testing materials and making suggestions on different ways to produce work 
• Using Artios CAD and Adobe packages
• Working closely with clients, often visiting them on site to run through their needs 

Key attributes required:

• Specific experience of corrugated retail ready packaging or carton board packaging
• 3D structural design experience is essential
• Excellent cardboard engineering skills and ability to develop a project from brief
• Experience coming up with new packaging concepts
• A portfolio of work that demonstrates an ideas-driven approach with samples of recognisable brands
• Proven client interaction exposure and the ability to make recommendations to proposed ideas when required
• A high level of proficiency using CAD and ability to produce 3D renders
