About the Sustainability Manager role:
The Sustainability Senior Account Manager role is critical to maintain strong and long-term relationships. You will be the interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring that projects and services are delivered effectively whilst always maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and commercial control. You are a great communicator, organised, and have unrivalled passion for keeping their fantastic customers happy. You will do this by listening to them at the same time as pro-actively guiding them through the complex world of carbon management.

About the perfect Sustainability Manager:

  • Have a passion for sustainability in professional and personal life.
  • Understand or be willing to learn about the drivers, challenges and solutions relating to climate change.
  • Have experience with managing B2B customer relationships within a service business.
  • Have experience in print, packaging, technology, or distribution sectors.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communications skills, and have a natural ability to ask questions and listen.
  • Have excellent planning, execution, and reporting skills with the ability to work on own initiative and be always flexible to prioritise and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Have good IT literacy, including good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Package:
£45,000 - £55,000 (experience dependent)
Five weeks holiday
Central London 4 days a week, 1 remote working
