An award winning corrugated packaging manufacturer with a global reach are looking for an experienced Compliance Executive to assist and continue with their outstanding BRC and ISO achievements.
Working out of a state of the art production facility based in Essex, this is an excellent training and development opportunity for an ambitious individual who has an eye for detail and ability to identify opportunities to grow and improve processes.

As Systems & Compliance Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and implementing appropriate Hygiene, Quality, Environmental and FSC policies and procedures 
  • Ensuring that the Company maintains associated compliance and admin systems for BRCGS Packaging, ISO 900, 14001, FSC and group reporting tools 
  • Working with all departments to ensure that standards are achieved and that you determine an actionable plan to improve failing areas
  • Co-ordinating the sites non-conformance process (known as CAR internally) with internal and external stakeholders, customers and suppliers)
  • Delivering relevant training courses for colleagues in order to support employee engagement and compliance
  • Managing the Internal and External audit process to maintain internal systems compliance, external certification and to seek and establish opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Maintaining records of all non-conformances, audit findings, corrective action reports and registers
  • Using these records to produce reports (including trend analysis and areas highlighted for continuous improvement)
  • Actively engaging with the SKUK&I compliance community for shared improvement projects and opportunities to challenge the sites status-quo


Key attributes required:

  • Must have BRC experience
  • ISO 9001 and/or 14001 experience would be an advantage
  • Ability to challenge non-conformance
  • System  orientated
  • Able to train/coach factory workers to ensure systems are understood and adhered to
