A highly successful, well established organisation well known for their high quality flexible packaging solution. They can boast a large portfolio of blue chip clients and they are rapidly growing, recently had a multi-million pound investment. As Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing new product development from brief to completion
• Working on site with customers when required; assessing products, line capabilities and troubleshooting
• Working closely with the artwork team on designs/ drawings
• Trialling new products and attending press passes
• Reviewing market trends and products effect
• Liaising with customers, discussing current and future needs
• Providing technical support
• Working onsite with clients when required

Key attributes required:

• Strong demonstrable track record working within flexible packaging 
• Excellent  time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Flexible attitude
• Experience working in a technical or engineering capacity
