Our client, a leading player in the chilled packaging industry, is on an exciting journey and due to continued success, they are looking to add to their fantastic team through the appointment of a Telesales and Customer Service Executive.

As a Telesales and Customer Service Executive, you will work closely with internal teams to proactively increase sales of products with a focus on securing new business.

  • Conduct outbound telesales activity to sell the full chilled packaging range
  • Organising & managing daily call plan to meet outbound call KPIs
  • Responding to e mail campaign interest, website sample enquiries
  • Reporting on success
  • Identifying and managing prospects
  • Influence customers to win business and cross selling associated products
  • Achieving sales targets in line with KPIs
  • Maintaining market and competitor knowledge
  • Taking inbound calls from customers.
  • Liaise with Sale Reps, Customers, branches and Suppliers
  • Issuing information and processing orders from customers
  • Dealing with queries relating to orders and costings
  • Create ad-hoc sale reports
  • Updating orders, prices and order confirmations in the Company’s systems
  • Assisting with month end processes
  • Update stock levels and report figures to customers

About You:

  • Previous experience in a role that involves developing both new business and existing business in a telesales environment
  • Ability to present the benefits of our product range and how this will assist the customer
  • Listening skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in all IT applications: Word, Excel etc
  • Ability to analyse sales data
