Our prestigious Client is a World Leading Print Equipment Manufacturer who have developed a global reputation for its products and customer service within the hi-speed, eco-friendly Inkjet Print solutions sector.

They are looking for an experienced product trainer to provide sales driven training and product demonstrations to new customers, key accounts, dealers and the retail channel.

They seek an experienced trainer who has a passion for sharing knowledge of a range of Inkjet Printing products including MFDs, Duplicators and High End Production Inkjet Printers

The successful candidate will be responsible for putting together the training programs as well as delivering them.

The majority of your time will be based in one of our Client's offices - in Hertfordshire - the rest of the time will be spent conducting training at Customer sites.  A Company Car is part of the Package. 

The ideal candidate will have face to face 'classroom' training experience and have the ability to build their own training programs.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will need to understand the equipment and market - ADDITIONAL TRAINING CAN BE PROVIDED -  and will be able to contribute to the marketing department's activities with regard to business development, identifying new features and benefits that will appeal to the market. 

Therefore the successful candidate will be able to contribute to the Marketing Dept's activities with regard to:-

  1. Creating buy-in for the product vision - both internally and with key external partners
  2. Developing product pricing and positioning strategies
  3. Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  4. Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  5. Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

  8. Scoping and prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact
  9. Working closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  10. Driving product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
  11. Evaluating promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
  12. Acting as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  13. Representing the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
