As the UK Operational Financial Director of this leading print group, you will be central to their ambitious growth journey, acting as the crucial link between financial strategy and operational delivery. This role extends beyond the traditional Financial Director, placing you at the heart of financial decision-making across multiple business units. You'll shape the financial health of the organisation, deliver articulate and confident presentations to stakeholders at all levels, and be a dominant contributor to assurance of the company's robust financial trajectory. Your strategic insights will enable the Executive Leadership Team to make informed decisions, contributing significantly to the company's strategic direction and their future.

A standout candidate will have honed the art of delivering articulate and concise presentations to stakeholders of all levels, presenting complex financial information and strategies with clarity and conviction. You should be unafraid to question the status quo, relentlessly seeking to optimise or improve current processes or strategies.

Candidates must come from a manufacturing background, and have experience working for a fast paced, time critical organisation. What will make you stand out from the crowd, is having knowledge of lean manufacturing, and previous involvement with capital investment.
