Alongside developing sales for new innovative products for barrier board and solid board packaging, manage multi million pound accounts and drive key relationships forward!

A thriving producer of technical barrier/solid board packaging, specialising in the production of fibre - based, intelligent, multi-laminate products. Offering value to customers in multiple markets; from sustainable materials for packaging applications to energy saving performance materials.

As UK Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Setting and delivering the sales strategy across UK & Ireland (with occasional European coverage)
• Having full responsibility for sales for the site and managing accounts
• Selling a full range of packaging including unprinted coated paper, board packaging and straws
• Selling to the food sector and also personal care/pet care markets
• Developing sales for new specialist products including innovative plastic replacement products 

Key attributes required:

• Must have experience within packaging manufacturing
• Proven new business development expertise
• Background selling to the Food/Retail sector advantageous
• Knowledge of folding carton board market
• High level of relationship building skills to nurture and stabilise accounts
• Home based with the ability to travel to site in the North West when required
