This role is laboratory and office based and as the Paper and Board R&D Director you will safely manage the day-to-day running of the Paper and Board R&D Team, ensuring a timely delivery of outputs to internal and external customers.

£70k -£100k pa basic (depending on experience)

To achieve that, they are involved in all aspects of the value chain from product design, development, IT and systems, manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, customer service, and retailing. Currently experiencing significant expansion, they are looking for a new executive board member through the appointment of a high calibre Operations Director.
